Notes about this page ...

1. If Microsoft Windows Media Encoder is not installed to the default directory ...
         Examples: C:\WMSDK    OR    C:\Program Files\Windows Media Components\Encoder
    you may be unable to initiate the execution of Broadcast from this page.
     Of course it can be started manually.

2. If you have more than one video device (example: a webcam AND a capture card), and the program cannot connect
    to the device you selected for use in displaying local video on this page
     the first device found (typically default device 0) will be used.

3. If another program on your system is actively using the selected video device, (including Broadcast on this page),
     (like Windows Messenger, Netmeeting, Windows Live, Windows Media Encoder),
     this web page will be unable to connect to it for displaying local video on this page.

4. While this web page is open, if you have clicked Start My Video, and your video device is busy displaying video on this page,
     and you start any other video capture program, the video device being used by this page will be unavailable.

5. You may need to add Read and Execute security permissions to the C:\VideoBeam folder for users who need this.
